Support Engineer

We are looking for a fast learning and ambitious support engineer with 2-3 years of experience in a 24x7 application support environment to join our tribe as part of our global technical support team.

Bancstac is a PCI DSS level 1 certified payment process, payment gateway, payment aggregator and payment innovation company. Bancstac partners with banks and assists the bank’s clients with the adoption of digital payment and acceptance capabilities (including global rail schemes, alternative forms of payments, closed-loop payment systems, and real-time settlement systems). Our payment technology platform makes it easy for banks, businesses, governments and communities to facilitate secure e-commerce transactions.

Our support team is distributed across three different time zones in our wholly-owned subsidiary entities, Paycorp International (Sri Lanka), Numo Labs (Bosnia) and Numo Labs (Australia) and is primarily tasked with ensuring our bank clients and business merchants receive support resolving issues to very high standards.

  • Are passionate about customer service and love working with customer support and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve faults.

  • Are detailed oriented, organized & happy to work independently.

  • Are willing to join our 24/7/365 support rotation roster and jump in to rapidly resolve faults when they arise.

  • Have great written communication skills. Being a distributed and virtual team, much of our communications is over written channels. You should be comfortable communicating and articulating your ideas in written form.

  • Want to learn more about banking and payment systems.

  • Sound Knowledge of database query SQL.

  • Hands on experience with AWS.

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Fluency in English.
