Our mobile network monitoring solution has been deployed in tier-1 mobile telco’s for over 10 years and our core payment stack has been used by banks for over 30 years.

Bancstac partners with banks and enables bank customers to accept digital payments from a wide range of payment methods including global rail schemes, alternative forms of payments, closed payment systems, and real-time settlement systems. As the bank’s payment technology layer, Bancstac facilitates secure e-commerce transactions and seamlessly integrates with bank legacy systems, becoming an integral part of bank payment infrastructure.
Our technology team is distributed across three different time zones in our wholly-owned subsidiary entities, Paycorp International (Sri Lanka), Numo Labs (Bosnia) and Numo Labs (Australia).
Numo Labs also serves tier-1 mobile telecommunication companies. This role will support the evolution of our mobile network monitoring solution while exposing you to our payments business.

Understand mobile telecommunications architecture and know the difference between your Mw, Gm, S11, INVITEs and BYEs
Have a good understanding of IMS architecture and especially the SIP protocol
Comfortable on the command line
Take ownership of projects and lead the team to build great products
Can translate business requirements into technical solutions
Understand software development methodologies & lifecycle and are comfortable with reviewing code (merge requests)
Can provide leadership and guidance to software engineers to develop solutions that match customer requirements
Are comfortable representing your organization and leading client facing projects
Are details oriented, organized & happy to work independently
Love challenging problems. Our primary system processes billions of records per day with tight performance requirements
Have great communication skills. Being a distributed team, much of our communications are over written channels. You should be comfortable communicating & articulating your ideas in written form.
