Bancstac partners with banks and enables bank customers to accept digital payments from a wide range of payment methods including global rail schemes, alternative forms of payments, closed payment systems, and real-time settlement systems. As the bank’s payment technology layer, Bancstac facilitates secure e-commerce transactions and seamlessly integrates with bank legacy systems, becoming an integral part of bank payment infrastructure.
Our technology team is distributed across three different time zones in our wholly-owned subsidiary entities, Paycorp International (Sri Lanka), Numo Labs (Bosnia) and Numo Labs (Australia).

This role is part of Banstac’s Graduate Program which is the beginning of your professional journey that builds depth and breadth, through a combination of structured learning and exposure across multiple internal teams, diverse projects and high profile banking industry leaders as our clients.
This role contributes towards end-to-end payment-driven digital products & services, automating processes and reinforces learnings on how to establish an organisation-wide culture that will enable the ability to build, test, and deploy software rapidly, frequently, and reliably.

Working as part of a team in the development and establishment of a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment cycle.
Developing and maintaining a software configuration management environment.
Working as part of a team in security planning and implementation into a continuous integration/deployment cycle.
Assisting in release management practices from development through to production.
Utilising industry best practice, tools, and technologies to improve the software development lifecycle.

// You may have experience with:
The IT industry where you gained system admin skills or a familiarity with software development and configuration management tools.
We’d love it if you have prior experience with Java/Spring framework, Hibernate, SQL Server in a full-stack development capacity.
Deployment onto AWS Cloud from an application development capacity.
Working knowledge of IT Security and/or PCI-DSS compliance.
