Transaction Banking

FINANCIAL
INFRASTRUCTURE

  • Bancstac provides the financial infrastructure and payment network connectivity for banks to achieve switch-to-acquirer, on-us, switch-to-issuer, account-to-account, real-time settlements, alternative and closed loop network access across the entire payment transaction life-cycle, including capture, tokenization, authentication, authorization, clearing, reconciliation, settlement, transaction disputes, reporting, audit, security and compliance.

  • Bancstac provides the financial infrastructure and payment gateway enabling banks to securely capture all online, offline, people-to-people, people-to-machine, machine-to-people, and machine-to-machine payment channels.

Our omnichannel orchestration engine enables banks and their corporate clients to accept and process payments across any point-of-sale channel from any location. Orchestration is critical to achieving cross-platform interoperability, lowest cost payment routing, multi-bank integration, and cross-jurisdiction reconciliation.

SECURITY
SUITE

  • Bancstac provides the machine learning model to analyze historic bank data and the artificial intelligence decision manager to predict, identify and actively deny fraud and compliance breaches. Fully autonomous, semi-autonomous (human in the loop), and manual modes (flag to a human for action) can be applied to individuals, companies, entire industries, devices, and abnormal transaction behavior.

Our risk mitigation modules include: internal bank defined risk acceptance limitations, rules based monitoring of applicable restrictions, blacklist and greylist monitoring to maintain bank compliance with its regulatory and payment network obligations.

Financial liability fraud protection for banks is enabled through 3D-Secured authentication, encrypted token vault, network tokens, and fully hosted, managed and audited Payment Cards Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) infrastructure.

  • Bancstac provides the defensive capabilities enabling banks to monitor, analyze, block, log, and report hostile network activity whilst retaining classified offensive capabilities to counter hostile actions which threaten the infrastructure stability of a bank. Bancstac sentinel communicates with our human security team, and automated infrastructure agents which dynamically allocates compute resources to ensure that banks’ infrastructure scales, providing the industry with high-availability and ecosystem stability.

OPS & ADMIN
SYSTEMS

  • Merchant management across multiple bank teams and systems can be a complicated process of documentation, reviews and approvals. Bancstac provides the merchant management ecosystem enabling banks to communicate with one voice, share proposals and manage contracts; conduct client due diligence, risk assessment and applicable compliance checks; administer and monitor accounts and set permissions; calculate and reconcile various payment network and bank fees; generate merchant statements and provide actionable intelligence for value added dialogue.

  • Bancstac provides the technology infrastructure and system enabling banks to receive support requests from merchants, manage transactions issues, assess any system issues, obtain suggested technical solutions from our database. If a bank representative is unable to resolve a technology related support ticket, they can escalate to Bancstac level 2 technical support. If the technical issue requires a system level change, Bancstac level 2 can internally escalate the issue to Bancstac level 3 technical engineering teams.

AGENTIC & AI BANKING

  • Bancstac provides the foundational infrastructure required for financial institutions to transition into agentic automation. Our architecture is built to ensure that bank-enabled AI remains sovereign, politically neutral, and contextually grounded within a bank’s own ecosystem.

  • The Bancstac Cognitive Engine serves as the central intelligence hub, utilizing advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Unlike general-purpose AI that the public domain is familiar with, our engine is designed for contextual awareness and outputs following strict adherence to the internal playbooks of banks.

    • Context-Aware Analysis: Processes complex data sets to provide insights grounded in the bank's specific operational history.

    • Enforced Guardrails: Every output is filtered through an Orchestration Layer that confirms limitations and regulatory compliance before task execution.

    • Isolated Data Pools: Data feeds are contextualized via isolated bank-specific vector storage, indexing, and search.

  • We deploy specialized AI models tailored to the unique requirements of banks and the financial sector. These models undergo Proprietary Closed-Loop Training, ensuring that sensitive bank data never leaves the institution’s secure perimeter.

    • Multimodal Processing: Native processing for text, audio, and visual data streams.

    • Domain Expertise: Models are optimized for Artificial Narrow Intelligence and Large Action Models to facilitate autonomous banking operations.

    • Zero-Trust MLOps: Our Machine Learning Operations pipeline ensures that model deployment and infrastructure security follow a strict Zero Trust architecture.

  • Bancstac enables Agentic Payments, where AI agents are authorized to execute transactions and financial actions within pre-defined parameters.

    • Unified Interfaces: We provide high-fidelity User Interfaces for AI-enabled employees and Machine Interfaces for direct system-to-system automation.

    • Agentic Authentication: AI agents are treated as authenticated users. Every action is logged, audited, and verified against the bank’s internal security and compliance requirements.

    • Security & Risk Assessment: Real-time transaction risk assessment and vulnerability hunting are integrated directly into the agentic workflow.

  • Bancstac infrastructure is engineered to accelerate deployment across critical banking functions:

    • Due Diligence: Automated due diligence, contract analysis, and know your client processing.

    • Support: Self service technical support and bespoke code output for merchants

    • Business Intelligence: Automated, actionable insights for both the bank and its merchant partners.

We provide the interfaces necessary to bridge AI capability with human expertise:

    • User Interface (AI-Enabled Employees): Augmenting staff with self-guided technical support, pair-coding for innovation, and automated business intelligence.

    • Machine Interface (Automation): Direct integration into core Bank Systems for seamless agentic payments, KYC/Due Diligence, and contract compliance.
