Our omnichannel orchestration engine enables banks and their corporate clients to accept and process payments across any point-of-sale channel from any location. Orchestration is critical to achieving cross-platform interoperability, lowest cost payment routing, multi-bank integration, and cross-jurisdiction reconciliation.

Bancstac provides the machine learning model to analyze historic bank data and the artificial intelligence decision manager to predict, identify and actively deny fraud and compliance breaches. Fully autonomous, semi-autonomous (human in the loop), and manual modes (flag to a human for action) can be applied to individuals, companies, entire industries, devices, and abnormal transaction behavior.
Our risk mitigation modules include: internal bank defined risk acceptance limitations, rules based monitoring of applicable restrictions, blacklist and greylist monitoring to maintain bank compliance with its regulatory and payment network obligations.
Financial liability fraud protection for banks is enabled through 3D-Secured authentication, encrypted token vault, network tokens, and fully hosted, managed and audited Payment Cards Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) infrastructure.

Bancstac provides the defensive capabilities enabling banks to monitor, analyze, block, log, and report hostile network activity whilst retaining classified offensive capabilities to counter hostile actions which threaten the infrastructure stability of a bank. Bancstac sentinel communicates with our human security team, and automated infrastructure agent which dynamically allocates compute resources to ensure that banks’ infrastructure scales, providing the industry with high-availability and ecosystem stability.

Merchant management across multiple bank teams and systems can be a complicated process of documentation, reviews and approvals. Bancstac provides the merchant management ecosystem enabling banks to communicate with one voice, share proposals and manage contracts; conduct client due diligence, risk assessment and applicable compliance checks; administer and monitor accounts and set permissions; calculate and reconcile various payment network and bank fees; generate merchant statements and provide actionable intelligence for value added dialogue.

Bancstac provides the technology infrastructure and system enabling banks to receive support requests from merchants, manage transactions issues, assess any system issues, obtain suggested technical solutions from our database. If a bank representative is unable to resolve a technology related support ticket, they can escalate to Bancstac level 2 technical support. If the technical issue requires a system level change, Bancstac level 2 can internally escalate the issue to Bancstac level 3 technical engineering teams.
